Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
During busy periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate (tracked)

Express Shipping: $15 flat rate (tracked and prioritised)

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to:

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Customs and Duties:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), or customs fees upon arrival.
These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Young Wonderer Baby Boutique is not responsible for additional charges once your order has left Australia.
Delivery times for international orders vary based on destination and customs processing.
Order Status and Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@youngwonderer.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible at hello@youngwonderer.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
We assess each issue on a case-by-case basis but will always work towards a satisfactory solution.
Important:
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
