Can I send something as a gift? Will there be a physical receipt in the box?
Of course! Our products are perfect for gifting. No physical receipt will be placed with the order. But an invoice will be sent directly via email to the purchaser. At checkout you have the option to add gift wrapping
How do I request a return/refund?

Can I make up my own gift box?
Yes of course, just add to cart the individual items you want. Then at check out click on gift wrapping, we charge an additional $10 which covers the cost of the box, tissue paper, shredded paper and a personalised card.
How will I know when new products are released?
My sister Jennifer and I are constantly working to expand our range of products. Make sure you sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date with the latest releases!
I am interested in wholesale, who do I contact?

When will I receive my order?
We aim to send out all orders within 48 hours of it being placed. If there are any issues with your order or we think there will be a delay, we will send you an email to keep you updated.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to New Zealand. If you would like shipment to another country please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email directly from Australia Post with your tracking information. Alternatively you may contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
What do I do if I have received a faulty product?
Each item is individually checked before dispatched, however if you are not happy with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
